Tds files for q 4 without salary details(annexure 2)

hello everyone.. while filing of Q4 of 2013-14 fin. year I filed TDs return without entering the salary details.. now how can I rectify it ... due to this problem I cannot generate form 16 for our employees .. kindly help..
