I HAVE DEPOSITED ETDS IN THE NAME OF SUMAN WITH HER PAN BUT IT WAS TOI BE DEPOSITED IN THE NAME OF KAMAL. nOW WHAT PROCEDURE TO BE APPLIED TO CORRECT THE ENTRY.

If the PAN is correct no need to rectify the name as the amount will get credited on the basis of PAN. But if wrong PAN along with wrong name is mentioned you will have to file revised TDS Return.
