Dear Sir,
We have wrongly deposit tds on salary under under correct section but wrong head COMPANY DEDUCTEE. Pls advise us how to rectify the mistake.

The mistake at the time of deposit of TDS will be sorted out in due course, however, it is more important to furnish the details correctly in the TDS Return. If you provide the information, then there will be no problem.
So, I do not feel any necessity to worry about it. Such mistakes will happen in a complex system.
