SIR- Private Ltd has deducted TDS from its sub-contractors in f.y. 2019-20 and did not pay it still now. Can it be paid now?
If yes,
1. Should the TDS return be filed for f.y.2019-20?
2. Can TDS Return be filed in current date for f.y.2019-20?
