Tds deduction transfer

Dear all,
We two organization, we paid commission & deducted TDS 94C on behalf the other. Now we want to transfer that expense to the other organization. Could tell the procedure to transfer the TDS.

First of all TDS on Commission to be deducted u/s 194H not 194C. Secondly you can not transfer the TDS amount.
