An employee's Gross salary p.a.
268800 less - 9600 - 2500 = 256700/-
TDS shld be deducted on 268800 or 256700?????????????

03 April 2015 Preet if MEDICAL ALLOWANCE is also provided plz ask employee to submit bills and deduct it also tell him to submit HRA receipts ..guide him to save tax as his salary is not much
