sir,whether should we deduct tds on vat bill of printing and stationery or not .

But sir party is saying it is purely stationery bill , so we need not deduct TDS.

If it is sale transaction of stationery, no tds will be deducted
if it is printing job, then deduct tds
if it is printing job, then deduct tds
