Dear All,
Our Company purchased Vehicle spare parts which we shown under vehicle repairs & Maintenance in books.
We got Tax invoive from party with MVAT 12% charged and bill containing MVAT TIN.
whether TDS u/s 194C at 2% deductible on this bill or not?
