Dear All,
Plz resolve my quaries.
Example: A Company taken loan from any NBFC Companies , Banks or monthly emi paid by company . the companies liable to Tds deduction on interest amount & certificate issued to banks.
Plz replay my quaries with any examples.

Not required in Case of Banks but required to be deducted in case of NBFC Sec 197
