we are taking internet connection from Reliance Web Stores Ltd.
Rs.175000/- monthly amount paid to interenet charges to reliance on that TDS deducted or not?

Yes, you have to deduct TDS @ 2% plus SC+EC coz its a service provided to u. Even u have a known agreement to enjoy the services provided by the reliance.

One more thing , you can get the cenvat credit for the service tax charged by them
