Pvt ltd co exp incurred before formation procedure complete some exp need to deduct tds.
tan n pan already Recd. tds needed to deduct and pay?
date of tds deduction is before tan no Recd appx a month.

You can deduct tds And Remit the same with interest for delay of payment.
