TDS Deduction

27 May 2010 we deducted TDS on various dates during the year but we dont pay yet and now we are paying on 29-05-2010 and filling q4 return can i show actual date of deduction in return or we changed date of deduction as 31-03-2010 and filling return. which way right ?

27 May 2010 Actual date of deduction need to mention and file the deduction respective quarters not only in Q4

27 May 2010 If you have deduct tds on various date of a party, then you can show it monthwise.
i.e for tds dedcution in Jan month, you can take 31st Jan , for Feb you can take 28feb . But it should be monthwise not quarterwise or any other way.

27 May 2010 dear sir Thanks for your valuable advice but if i show my deduction on various dates and deposit on 29-05-2010 than my all expenses will be disallowed and that is huge amount of expenses above 60lakh and i am also want to file only quarter4 return. what can i do please advise me
