Hi,
We have bought Letter head & Stickers from vendor where as he charged Service tax in his invoice, Do we need to deduct Tds, if so what is the threshold & rate applicable for this transaction.

Purchase of printing & stationery not attract TDS. unless the materials supplied to you and get those things
