Tds deducted but not deposited by the employer (ay 2017-18)

27 January 2018 My client is a professional service provider to the SBI bodhan branch (Telangana). While receiving the professional fee he received only net fees (after TDS)
We came to realise after seeing the Form 26AS that TDS is not deposited even though deducted and same was confirmed by the branch
We are continuously requesting the branch to resolve the issue, but they are not responding
I came to know that we can rise complaint against the bank
Please help me in this regard that
To whom i should complaint?
In what i can?

28 January 2018 What is the nature of income whether salary or professional income, if TDS Deducted confirmed by bank and not deposited, First you can request bank in writing about the issue, please take necessarily acknowledgement from Bank, also Escalate the issue in writing TDS circle with TDS Deduction confirmation letter and your representation non credit of TDS In 26AS .

Yes, it is professional income only, TDS for AY 2016-17 also deducted and same is reflected in Form 26 AS
We have fees invoice slip from bank in which TDS deduction also reflected and in form 26AS it is not reflected, is it enough for confirmation(acknowledgement of bank)
But to whom we should submit the complaint
