02 February 2016 Hello everyone
One of my friend got compensation for land acquisition by govt in 2012-13 He received it in installments till 2015-16 . He has never filed any return as his income is below exemption limit.
The problem is he has received only one tds deduction certificate form 16A for one installment only. How to get the certificates for other installments and the procedure for claiming the refund?Please help

06 February 2016 FY 2012-13 Time Barred. However there is one recent circular that permit filing of return in case where refund is there.
For subsequent year you can file return.
For TDS check Traces and follow up with Govt.
