03 August 2013 My TDS deductor has not shown my TDS in his TDS return, Now I have already filed my ITR return with said TDS amt. So what to do, can I get credit & refund of that TDS amt?

03 August 2013 no you cannot get refund..

you may get if your deductor revises his tds return

ask deductor to file tds return or ask him to repay your money back

03 August 2013 If TDS has been deducted from you and you have form 16A then you will get credit.
