Tds credit is allowed less

Dear All,
I submitted ITR 2 For claiming TDS refund of Rs.11785 as per Form 16A But CPC allow credit of Rs.3605 only. So I check Form 26AS in this form TDS filled by my deductor is Rs. 10915
So I request to my deductor to revised TDS return and they revised TDS return and now in FORM 26AS reflected TDS is Rs.11785/-
Please guide me what should I do. I dont have origanal XML File.

you can contact the relevant ITO ward and they will process your refund. You can approach with acknowledgement the department will check and process the same

yes , you can mail to cpc or ASK but it will better if you approach the respective ward

You can file an online rectification application if the return was filed electronically.

Do you have the excel utility which you used to generate the xml file?
If you do not have that also, then also there is no problem.
Just download the utility again, prepare the return, generate the xml file and upload the same.

Just log in on income tax efiiling site.
go to intimation 143(3)/ rectification 154.
simply select option REFUND REISSUE.
nothing do more your refund will be credited by ecs within 10 days.
