24 July 2013 Dear sir/madam,

I got a notice from TDS cpc demading the default payment with interest.But we already paid all our dues.
Query is where to reply the status to TDS CPC? Kindly advice.

24 July 2013 Reply to CPC at address given in notice with a CC to your TDS AO.

But my query is whether we have to reply in electronically ? If so how and where to reply ?

27 July 2013 Sorry i thought it was Interest demand for default in depositing TDS.

I think you have received intimation u/s 143(1). You can file rectification request by logging in at Income Tax Website.

29 July 2013 No sir it is not 143(1) Notice.It is from TDS CPC intimation u/s 200A, demanding short payment of TDS Amount along with interest.But as per our record all payments have been deposited.Regarding that clarification i have to write a reply to TDS CPS.I think they are not accepting Manual reply.I know rectification request U/S 143(1). Please help me

29 July 2013 You need tto write a letter to TDS CPC along with a C/C to your TDS Assessing Officer.
