AFTER I HAV DOWNLOADED MY CONSOLIDATED TDS FILE FROM NSDL FOR Q1 F.Y.10-11....THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO...????

firstly download the deafaults list.
then download the NSDL TDS Utility if you dont have TDS software.
Then import the consolidated file in software and correct the mistakes given in the defaults list.

I HAVE A TDS SOFTWARE OF KDK SOFTWARES P LTD.I M GOING TO OPTION CORRECTION OPTION AND BROWING FOR FILE BUT IT IS NOT RECOGNISING THE SAME.....???

Yes. And the same need to be rectified. Just download the Consolidated fvu and open that using import option in KDK Software and the select the correction option. You can not do anything with original return in KDK Software.

To extract you must have win zip or win rara software installed on your computer. After that only you will be able to extract the zip file.
