I have added the challans to the statement online and after processed i have downloaded the Conso file when i open through RPU software it is giving the message that File not proper what to do now?

24 June 2016 for which year u have added the challans from jul'2015 there is no addition of challans pls check it once again and ask the query at contactus@tdscpc.gov.in mentioned your tan number and filling acknowledgement number and for which year you have made corrections

24 June 2016 you can make request for consolidate file with traces.gov.in and make correction offiline if problem exist then contact to customer care.
