16 January 2015 Hello Experts, I want to know about TDS concepts i.e. Payment and Return. How the Payment is made for eg.:TDS on Commission & Brokerage 194H, (Rs.1,00,000/- tds ded. @10% Rs.10,000/-), Now for this Rs.10,000/- how to make the payment and the return has to file that time for that TDS payment or TDS Returns are filed only Qtrly. Pls. also explain how the TDS Returns are Filed?. Whether through NSDL or from any software. Also please let me know about the lower rate of TDS, how it is applicable and also the criterira for deducting the same. Thanks

For filing quarterly TDS return see the link.

For lower TDS your deductee have to apply for it and get order from their jurisdictional AO.

17 January 2015 you have to apply for TAN then deposit the TDS and file the retrun.
