A Catering company hires bartan for an event, will tds liability be arise on the bill or not???

If it is contract restricted to Particular event than TDS applicable U/s 194C 2% other than individual 1% individuals and HUF if limit exceeds The total sum credited or paid during the financial year exceeds Rs. 100, 000 or. Any single sum credited or paid exceeds Rs. 30, 000.
