05 May 2018 If it is contract restricted to Particular event than TDS applicable U/s 194C 2% other than individual 1% individuals and HUF if limit exceeds The total sum credited or paid during the financial year exceeds Rs. 100, 000 or. Any single sum credited or paid exceeds Rs. 30, 000.
