Dear sir,
I filled ITR for AY 2008-09 without claiming the amount of tds deducted there on, whether such claim can be claimed by writing to Commissioner of income tax, as the time for revise filling is expired so please suggest in this regard as the TDS amount is huge

You need to send the request to CBDT asking for condone of delay. Write a simple letter.
