Dear Experts,
Whether the new form of Form 16 and 16A is applicable for the Financial year 2008-09.Now we are preparing Form 16A, which form we should use?

New Form No 16 & 16A as per notification dt 25.3.09 are applicable from 1st April 2009 onwards. For financial year 2008-09, old form no 16 are should be used.
