09 May 2011 Whether single TDS Certificate can be issued for full Year for F.Y.10-11 or is it compulsary to issue Quaterly TDS Certificates.

09 May 2011 Yes..Compulsory to issue Quaterly TDS Certificates.


Issue TDS certificates as per procedure and within the time prescribed as stated below:


Salary (Form No.16)___By 31st day of May of the financial year immediately following the financial year in which the income was paid and tax deducted.



Non-Salary (Form No.16A)___Within fifteen days from the due date for furnishing the ‘statement of TDS’

09 May 2011 Yes it should be mentioned. But even if you dont mention it TDS will get credited against respective PAN in 26AS.
