Sir,
I have paid the Tax for Q3 on 11/12/07 and fill the e return now I want to issue the TDS certificate. Pls. tell me from which date to which date I can issue the TDS certificates.

Normally TDS Certificates can be issued up to 1) Where the income payment referred to in sec. 193 to 196d is credited by a person to the account of the payee as on the date up to which the account of such person are made: One week from the expiryof 2 months from the month in which amount so credited i.e., up to 7th July. and (2) in any other case with in one month from the end of the month during which the credit have been given or paid.i.e. up to 31 May)
