TDS Certificate not given by employer.

My employer has deducted TDS from my payments and made me the payment vide cheques after deducting the TDS.
However even after a number of telephonic reminders, my employer is not issuing me the TDS Certificate.
What should I do and what are my liabilities?

In case you are working with the same employer then u should request for the tDS certificate again. Otherwise you may opt to write a complaint to the relevant TDS ward and send a copy of the same to the employer.

You sholud write a complain to the TDS ward and attach your salary slip with bank statement and also send a copy to your employer.
