TDS Certificate not given by employer.

14 July 2008 My employer has deducted TDS from my payments and made me the payment vide cheques after deducting the TDS.

However even after a number of telephonic reminders, my employer is not issuing me the TDS Certificate.

What should I do and what are my liabilities?

15 July 2008 In case you are working with the same employer then u should request for the tDS certificate again. Otherwise you may opt to write a complaint to the relevant TDS ward and send a copy of the same to the employer.
