WE ARE REQUIRED TO DEDUCT 0% TDS ON GIVING PAYMENT TO TRANSPORTER AND REQUIRED TO SHOW SAME IN RETURN.

I M NT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD FORM 16A OF THAT 0% TDS DEDUCTION.

30 May 2013 When form 16A for a particular quarter is downloaded the zero deduction form 16A of transporter will also be downloaded along with other form 16A.

30 May 2013 Yes, as pe rammended 31A incometax rules, you should show these particulars in tds return

And you need to provide nil deduction details in respective quarters while filing tds returns

Then only you can generate form 16a
