01 August 2011 Sir I am not able to issue a TDS Certificate to the Pvt ltd before 31st July 2011 for the F.Y 2010-11. so my question is whether the company can take the claim of TDS? pls. reply

01 August 2011 It can be verified through Form No 26AS and can be claimed by the company provided , e tds return has been filed by you.

In case E-TDS return has not been filed, then that company can not take the claim of TDS.

01 August 2011 Even if you have filed the TDS return its sufficient to claim credit by the company. In case you have not issued the certificate, then issue it as soon as possible.
