12 July 2010 Can single TDS certificate be issued for the entire FY? instead of quarter wise.

say 50 separate payments are made to Mr.A, thn all 50 payments with resp TDS amts are to be shown on TDS certificate?

Co.'s Stamp on TDS certificate is compulsory? or can one write "Digitally generated doc, so no sign is reqd".

12 July 2010 Yes.
A single TDS Certificate suffice the entire transaction with a party during whole FY.

You can take the printouts from Any software using for filling TDS Returns.

You have to Put the Company Seal on every Certificate you issue with Official Signature of Authorised Signatory.

12 July 2010 now there is no requirement to issue TDS certificate......
The entire TDS process has been Dematerialised .....
you can view your tax credit from income tax and NSDL website

12 July 2010 NO, FROM 01 JULY 2010, IT IS MANDATORY OT ISSUE TDS CERTIFICATES ON QTLY. BASIS WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DUE DATE OF QTLY. TDS RETURNS IN CASE OF OTHER THAN SALARY TDS
