If any company is cutted TDS from the Payment and not issuing the TDS Certificate what to do.

Now a days, while filing TDS return, the PAN of deductee is to be given and the deductee will get the credit of the same. This can be checked form Annual Tax statment on incometaxindia.gov.in and get the credit of the same.
