Please tell me the process to calculate the TDS in salary.

Compute salary income as per the normal provisions of the Income Tax Act.
Calculate estimated annual income.
Calculate tax liability on the estimated annual income.
This tax liability is to be recovered on a monthly basis by dividing the tax liability by the number of months.
This working is to be done every month.
