Dear Expert,
We made advance payment 200000 last year without TDS deduction ( Mar'21 ) but this month we have received huge invoice and total invoice amount rs 300000. in this case we need to pay rs 100000 only after adjusting advance amount. We need to deduct TDS.?

Deduct TDS on 3 lacs as TDS not deducted on advance.
