Sir,
I want to know whether TDS is appliicable on bills of VNIT (Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology) on not. As TDS is not applcable on govt. organisations.

TDS is not applicable as the payment is being made to an institution which is promulgated under the Act of the Parliament as an NIT.
