Tds applicable on sodexo voucher

My company given sodexo voucher to employee. Is TDS provision applicable to sodexo voucher invoice. also note that no service charge levied by sodexo, only raised invoice for coupon.

yes. it is contract nature u/s.194C, so tds will apply accordingly 2%
