TDS on sale of property is applicable for transactions from 1.6.2013.If the property is going to be registered on or after 1.6.2013, TDS is applicable. Please furnish details correctly.

if you r selling the property and agreement or consideration in rs. 50 lacs or more. then you have to deduct the tds which ever is earlier.194IA
