Tds applicability on recurring charges from reliance com

We are taking internet bandwidth services from Reliance communication and they are charging us monthly charges plus service tax so my query is that tds is applicable on the these transaction or not and if applicable then under which section?

There is no Need to Deduct TDS for Interent under Any Sec. It has also been held in the case of Skycell Communications Ltd. v. Deputy CIT[2001] 251 ITR 53 (Mad.).
