any one give me solution that whether tgd provision u/s 194 c is same apply on packing materials on which sales tax paid ?
during course of audit i come across that on which ground we can say that tds provision not apply

this is packing box made contract for supplying printed boxes
then in this situation tds provision is applicable or not

if the material for printed boxes is supplied by you then TDS is applicable otherwise nit

on the fact you are geting job then TDS applicable.
if party sale to you and charging sales tax then TDS not applicable on sale and purchase.
