TDS applicability

A company has got a invite to exhibit their products in a stall at a exhibiton conducted in U.S.A. While remitting foreign payment for the above transaction, should we need to deduct TDS on the payment? Kindly clarify.

No TDS as it does not an income under section 5(2) of IT Act, 1961

Further, it does not fall under section 9 and Indo-US treaty.
