Dear friends,
Pls let me know whether TDS is applicable for the grants provided by the state government in connection with excution of ppp contracts? and also let me know any judgements / clarifications in this regard.

NO tds will be required on grants by Govt but TDS will be required out of payment to contractors by the payer.
