Its a normal stationery for office requirement & not printing.
Because I was told that if a contract has been entered then TDS is applicable even for supply. Is this correct?

Please clarify.

05 February 2009 No TDS will be deducted on supply of Stationery, even the supplier is suppling the regular stationery with oral / written contract as it is a sales of goods and have MVAT.

If it is printing even though MVAT is applicable, the TDS is to be Deducted.
