Tds and sale of flat ( income) shown in separate year

i offered income from sale of flat in year 19-20 on the basis of dastavej (Deed)
but deductor deducted tds during year 20-21
hence i have claimed tds in the return of FY 20-21 on the basis of 26As
but CPC denied. is their any remedy for claiming above tds ?
