19 April 2017 Hi....

An individual is getting tds U/s 194h, then too she doesn't have any brokerage income...which itr should be filed and is it mandatory to fill p&l and BS...... i think for AY 2017-18 ITR- 3 will b applicable for the above case...

Pls advise......

19 April 2017 Income from commission is taxable under the head Income from Business or Profession. Accordingly, you will have to file ITR 4

19 April 2017 If income exceeds Rs. 1,20,000 the assessee is required to maintain books of accounts.

25 April 2017 Sir for FY 2017-18...itr 4 is not available in website... they might have changed frm 4 to 3..
