WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF 15CA , 15CB AND 27Q IN THE CASE OF PAYMENTS TO NRI'S ON PURCHASE OF PROPERTY.

Form 15CA has to be generated online @ http://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
Form 15CB has to be issued by a practicing CA
Payment of TDS has to remitted / deposited into Govt. a/c within due date.
Form 27Q (E-TDS return)has to be filed quarterly within due dates.

I HAVE ALREADY MADE PAYMENTS TO NRI ON PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AND BANKER ALSO HAS CLEARED THE CHEQUE WITHOUT FORM 15CA.I REMMITTED THE TDS U/S 195. AS I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED FORM 15CA PRIOR TO PAYMENT,HOW TO FILE 27Q WITHOUT QUOTING ACK NUMBER OF 15CA.KINDLY HELP.

As per my knowledge quoting unique acknowledgement of the corresponding Form No. 15CA is not mandatory. Better you regularise the transaction by filing Form 15CA and submit with the bank as well if the system (online form at income tax website) allows to do that.
