BANK HAD DEDUCTED TDS AGAINST FIXED DEPOSIT BUT NOT DEPOSITED IT AGAINST MY PAN NO. HOW CAN I GET THE TDS REFUND OR WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Request your bank to revise tge TDS return giving your correct PAN. Once the return is revised you will get credit of the TDS amount.

u contact with the bank and show your 26AS and ask for your TDS amount not reflect in 26AS.
