Dear Experts My company gives to customer a certain percentage on sales to customers with the name of annual turnover support, if they would achieve given targate, Now my concern is that should we deduct TDS on that amount or not.
Lookin into the ground facts of the nature of the transaction, it is nothing but Commission what you are paying, hence Tax should be accordingly deducted at source.
