20 August 2013 for the FY 2010-11 TDS-94A "TDS Return-Interest other than Interest on securities(Section-194A)".

Background
The relevant individual is retired pensioner and not filled in returns for last 3 years, as his income is below the tax limits. IT has sent notification stating no returns filled and saw few transactions like the above.
