i am working in a bank,
here they are passing bills for cleaningof machines ,there is a contract for cleaning..
@2000 per month for this any tds applicable or not

TDS is required to be deducted when the Individual contract amount exceeds Rs 30000/ or Aggregate amount credited or paid to a single person exceeds 75000.
