09 December 2011 Dear Sir,
Ashok Layland provide us Truck tracking services i.e. it send us the SMS about the location of vehicle or we can view the location of vehicle on computer screen. for that it charge a specific amount for the year & charges Service tax on it.Pls suggest me under what section we are require to deduct TDS. (194 C/ 194I)
I think it should be U/s 194J
Pls suggest.
