(Querist)
22 July 2011 Dear Sir,
one of our employee joined our concern in the middle of the last finacial year(2010-11). we have deducted his TDS including his last employment. he has received form 16 from previos employment. now we have to give form 16, please tell me whether we have to include the last employment salary details in our form 16. send me the excel sheet of form 16 which includes previos employment.

22 July 2011 You have to include the details of last employer also, because if you dont include, then the TDS calculation will become wrong. There is no special format for this, as you have to do it in the same format only.
